Most senior personnel managers are nasty pieces of work who rarely care about the psychology of their staff anyway.
In my experience, they have too much influence, and THINK they are psychologists. All poo.

No. Most so called Managers are more concerned about what they can put on their CV for their next career move.
This is a question from your course
you read the relevant chapter ( it is november so the chapter no will be under ten) and then write the essay

with a section without psychlogy and examples
and the next section with psychology ( and possibly the same examples) but with a different outcome as a result of the added value

and then a conclusion....
