Does any1 remember this advert?

Its an advert from the mid eighties, all i can remember is 2 bulls or cows looking through a bush at some people having a picnic in the park. the bulls have welsh accents i think and 1 is a bit dopey. the dopey 1 turns to the other and says "we say hello yeah? Hello" and the other says "shhhh you'll scare them off you will" it might be an ad for butter or cheese but i am affraid that is all i can give you.
