Correction- Problem With Pop Ups

I've now realised that the pop ups are on CHROME and it keeps telling me to download this thing called SD app to remove them. I believe this is spyware/adware which will put Bing on my PC. I haven't clicked on it but these pop up ads are really annoying and it keep asking me. Anyway idea how I can get rid of the ads and the constant asking me to download SD app? I have Windows 7.

I'm no expert but I would clear the cache on my browser to delete all history, and I would run free malwarebytes. Then I'd try again. There may be some extensions within Chrome which would stop popups - I doubt genuine Chrome ones would install Bing.
