A little digging found this on another forum
I have done some serious searching for this song myself...and it's driving me crazy...I went to Kmart's website--No help there...my family thinks that it is Joe Nichols singing--so I went to his website--Nothing there either!!! But CMT.com came through to the rescue!!! It's Darryl Worley!!!
