Is anyone watching this (CH5)? Funny how you still remember the tunes and slogans. I can't believe how long ago some of them were as they seem so familiar.

I remember the "Crumbliest flakiest chocolate of all time." The advert was like soft porn.

I remember the Milky Bar Kid, and some guy advertising Frys and a guy jumping off a cliff, The Lady Loves Milk Tray. Any more? Jog my memory.

That's coming up in the next sector. The adverts then made much more of an impact then than the ones now (or maybe I just watched more TV)

I love the little girl buying a bar of chocolate for her mum's birthday.

Take another look at the current Cadbury ad then ask yourself

The mother is on the phone - does she know where the daughter has gone?

If she does, they why did she not make sure the daughter had money before she went to the shop?

If she doesn't know where the daughter has gone, that would explain the lack of money. Get off the phone and look after your child!
