I am glad I lived to see both events, I wonder how long I will have to wait for Scotland to win the World Cup for football,even to qualify would be an occasion for celebration,maybe not a nice thing for a Scotsman to say but I don’t think Andy Murray would have lived with any of the 2 finalist in the tennis,they were a different class.

I believe that Steve Clarke will get us to a major competition given time :). There were a number of positives from the last double header plus he knows how to set a team up to be hard to beat.

Yes I agree with you 10 clarion St,and there is no way a thug who brawls in the street,and mocks a disabled child should get a knighthood,it certainly makes a mockery of the whole system.

The trouble is that countries that were comfortably behind Scotland in the rankings have developed better and overtaken them over the years.

They really have lost their way and whilst capable of pulling off a decent result, Scotland are more prone to making heavy weather of things.

They were a different class, but a fully fit AM could have lived with them. He’s beaten both of them in finals at Wimbledon. The top players are astonishing and AM is one of them.
