I think that the lyrics give a pretty good idea that it's not country, MOR, rock, folk, pop so although I'm not sure what underground means it must be grime/drill/rap

Yes, could be a Drake /Meek Hill type song like Goin Bad but I get the impression is someone very obscure from 3-4 years ago rather than a recent top 40 song
