motorola v3 pink

I can't seem to find a motorola v3 pink phone for my girlfriend for xmas, i was just wondering if anybody knew the quickest way? The shops are sold out and on the internet you can only backorder it. Does anybody know if i did backorder it would i be likely to receive it in time???? It seems stupid, as with the new liverpool shirt that these big companies run out of stock when there is such high demand.

I went mad for this phone and got it when it first came out and I found out this information from carphone warehouse -

A million of the pink RAZR phones were made and carphone warehouse bought them all. So as it stands you can only buy the phone from them and once they are sold out they are thats it.

If you go on the Carephone Warehouse website it says this:

"Please note: Due high demand of this product we are experiencing a short delay in dispatching orders, however any orders placed will be fulfilled within 2-3 days on ordering. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope you continue to shop at The Carphone Warehouse."

This suggests that they still have some left, you will just have to wait a bit longer to recieve it. If I were you I would order it asap before they completly sell out, cause once that happens you'll have no chance. Christmas is just over a month away, so I really think you would have recieved it by then.

I got mine in the shop, but my friend ordered hers over the interenet and got hers within a week.

So there is still hope you can get one for your girlfriend - if in doubt just go into one of the shops or ring them on "0870 087 0870". Just explain your situation and they will reassure you that you'll recieve it by christmas.

You'll girlfriend will love you forever if you get her this!

You can always try E-bay. You may pay a little over the odds for the phone. But you will get one, and the look on your girlfriends face on Xmas morning. PRICELESS
