I’m attempting to make a giant a Jaffa cake(don’t ask lol) and recipe says to add 2tbsp of ,marmalade to the orange jelly liquid to set. I was convinced I had some but I haven’t. If I add a splash of OJ would it still set??

Doubtful, wouldn't marmalade have pectin in it which would help the setting. I don't think there is pectin in OJ.

Thanks mamya!
I would think that the marmalade would add that little bit of 'tang' that a Jaffa cake has though.

Don't eat the crust, TD.
It's the thought that counts, smow. If some bird went to all that trouble for me, I'd pretend to love it even if it tasted like ***.
