I'm on the ward now thankfully. My leg / ankle is broken in 3 places and I need surgery in the morning to fit screws and plates. Not allowed visitors and I'm missing my little munchkin. At least I have my own room.

Please feel free to post anything cheery or funny ... I've a feeling it's going to be a long night.

Thanks x

Last night a publican fell into a barrel of beer. He came to a bitter end.

I fell at home, Rocky. I dislocated my ankle and sustained 3 fractures. I had a morphine reaction in the ambulance and BP shot down to 58/35mmHg.

Loving the posts on this thread though... x
BTW: I hope that you'll be dancing soon!
Was it the Gin Mare that finally did it LCG lol!

I'm glad you find it so amusing, APG, and no, I don't tend to drink Gin at 11am with a child in the house.

Blimey. I hope you recover quickly.
Somebody more into technology than me can probably lost a link to this but on BBC breakfast this morning was the most inspirational little lad named Tony Hudgell, a 5 year old bilateral amputee doing a 10 kilometre walk over a period of days.
