Moving Waterfall Picture Frame

Does anyone know who supplies an wall hanging frame that is electric and provides a waterfall scenery with a realistic waterfall. I have only found out they are popular in chinese takeaway shops where I believe i saw one a few years ago. Seen them on youtube but no details of where to get one from.

Tried googling but only get prints and canvas paintings of waterfalls. Same on Amazon and E-Bay
