AB does not pick these adverts, it ps advertising partners and their algorithms do.
But that is not to let them off the hook.
These adverts are scams designed to trick us. And by presenting them, AB are complicit in trying to rip you and me off. It just goes to show the regard they have for us, its readers :-(

i see ads for a company that i buy from, so perhaps they are targeted at the individual.
