Thanks for that link....but at the bottom it states: "All prices quoted are for usage in the UK only and include VAT, which will be charged where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Usage outside of the UK is not included within your data bundle." France is not covered! And it doesn't say how much it would charge for usage abroad.....
