Hollyoaks theme

Please please please can anyone help me in trying to find where i can get hold of the newish hollyoaks theme music. I have found many websites that have the older theme (pre-2001). The newist theme is only a couple of years old. Does anyone have a clue where i can get it etc.?
The music can be heard on the programme nearly everyday on channel 4.
