Opportunity coming to call me a stuck up prude but please is there anyone else who finds the Tesco ad 'I only popped in for a ...FnF' grating and vulgar. It's an obvious play on effin, can't ad agencies come up with something a bit cleverer rather than thinking veiled hints at swearing are so right on?
I don't think you are stuck up prude at all. Seems like the cheapest form of advertising there is, to me. I wonder how old that advertising "guru" was. Sad little soul, to be sure :(
