I daren't ask, but why does the guy say at the end of the roller coaster trip 'ugh, I didn't know you had a burger for lunch!'

Apart from the awful visualisation the person had thrown it up, in which case it would not be recognisable, does anyone actually understand why he says that (no guesses please...)?
