Is the music that comes in about half way through the new LOTR TTT trailer the same music used in the excellent Requiem For A Dream and what is it called?

I haven't heard the LOTR trailer in full, but i find it doubtful that it is the same music as used in Requiem for a Dream. The RFAD score was put together by Clint Mansell (ex-PWEI) and there is no mention of his involvement on his website (www.clintatthecontrols.com)

yeah it's the theme to Requiem for a Dream. The track is Cleaning Apartment by Clint Mansell.
