I fpund a link to a trailer it is http://www.apple.com/trailers/universal/jarhead/large.html the song that plays after the Darth Vader bit in this trailer is definately Kanye West - Jesus Walks, every trailer I have seen has that same song it is quite uplifting and a little souly pretty sure it is the one you mean.
