Yes, I remember it being for Muller Rice desserts, part live-action with some animation, and obviously a foreign ad too, the actors were clearly saying something during the original ad.

I remember it being an advert for Muller yoghurt

No-one's mentioned it's by Reparata and the Delrons. I know it's not part of the question - I just like showing off :-)

I remember the ad being on in about 1993, where it starts with a man in an office at his desk watching a clock in his office strike 12.00 noon. In comes tea lady with a trolley and said Muller Rice on one of the shelves. Then it goes to animation with a cartoon Captain Birdseye lookalike. I seem to remember back then that someone actually thought it was advertising fish fingers as a result!

The song it was based on was in the charts back in 1968, I think.
