It's quite subtle but....I do think it is. And I'm very non-PC.

The police don't normally push you on swings....they do if you ask them. Fine.

The group of men don't normally carry you on their back......because? Well, the big samoan chap gives an angry grimace, I think they are presented as a 'street gang'....it literally is 'racist' by depicting the core enemy type to the stranger in the street as of that type of origin. It's subtle, but it's there. IMHO. If you replace him with a skinny white man, the effect is lost, no?
