Guarana is a berry found in South America......used in lots of soft drinks and also herbal supplements. Dunno what the benefits are though

Guarana contains guaranine, a derivative of caffeine. I've tasted guarana punch, and it had the effect of drinking a Red Bull - though more tasty :-)
