You may be able to claim some of it back, though to be honest it's so close to the end of the tax year now as to make any refund trivial or non-existent..
If you stop work at the end of the tax year you won't be able to claim anything back as you will have paid the right amount.
If you stop work early in the new tax year you will be able to claim back some or all of the tax paid after 5 April depending on how much you have earned by the time you leave. You'll have a full year's tax allowance of 5035 so if you've been paid less than that you wull be due a full refund
