Who plays the female cabin attendant who warns the pilot and copilot that their tomfoolery is being overheard by their passengers in the Hula Hoops advert set on an airliner? I am sure I have seen her in a film but cannot place her face.

Her name is taylor and she used to be in a band called Allstars, who also had their own show on CITV.

Ms Zucchi played Sophia in the episode "The Haunting of Bill Crouse". Obviously this is in the first series as, for once, television schedulers recognised drivel for what it is and there was no second series. "The IT Crowd" belongs with "Babes In The Wood", "Sam's Game" and "Duck Patrol" as one of the real bottom feeders of UK television. While being forced to watch an episode the only reason I didn't bite my own legs off to spare myself any further agony is the thought that they have a television in our local hospital A and E reception and they might have been screening it at the time.
