Having looked around the three major UK music store websites I can fairly confidently say that it's not available in the UK. (And having worked in one of the majors until last year I can also say that I don't think I ever saw it either!) However, if you go to Google and type in: "hideous kinky" soundtrack you'll find a plethora of online sites, almost all US that have it for sale, so that'll be your way forward. If you can order online and don't mind the added charges of buying from the US that is.
