who does the music in the advert for gardening programs?

Its either on uk tv or on living tv but the ad is a montage of programs with the music over the top I think the words go "baby take a walk amongst the flowers, for a couple of hours, such a beautiful day" who is this and what is the song called? please help thanx.

That's I -Monster's 'Daydream In Blue' - also appeared in a Ford Focus advert.
