BBC music tune

HI, i believe this song was or still is the theme tune to 'Judge John deed' its also played sometimes on BBC adverts and features clearly a saxophone! Its a JAZZY type song and the rythm is quite ditictive and repetitive. I also saw it once on a BBC program being played by a woman on a piano and a man on a saxophone! Anyone know what it could be?

I believe that you're thinking of 'Sinnerman' by Nina Simone. It also features on the soundtrack to 'The Thomas Crown Affair' (the remake that is) and in the Renault Clio advert where the Englishman and Frenchwoman are debating which is the better country.
