Powergen powerplay?

Having problems with these people. Two years ago changed from coal to gas boiler. After a year of reading and phoning in new gas figures they agreed to take �100p.m. by D.D. but still refused to take meter readings from gas meter(although Powergen meter man reads electricity meter).Therefore after a year I am still �800 in debt and can't swap suppliers and I am paying for old gas at new prices. I am fuming. Has anyone had any luck convincing Powergen I should be paying at old rate?

hi im having a similar problem moved in house nearly two years ago all was ok at first then sent me a bill saying from 15th aug-23rd aug 05 i had used �896.00 in gas and electricity been arguing this problem for so long that now im in arrears of �1156.36 as they keep changing bill prices on me ie get told last quarter was �146.00 paid it then they say ive not paid the �217.48 bill they sent me ??????????????????????????????? absolutely sick of this wouldnt mind think im doing the whole street!!!
