picture messaging settings

I have recently aquired my sister's Nokia 6230i which was on an T-Mobile contract. I have inserted my sim, unblocked the phone, as I am on Vodafone. Everything works perfectly apart from picture messaging, as the phone is only storing the previous T-Mobile settings. You used to be able to go online and have the vodafone setting texted to you. Have checked but to no avail. Anyone out there help me??

I'd just go into a Vodafone shop silly as it seems, they'll try and fob u off but they can sort the settings out in about 2 mins as opposed to calling a call centre.
