Smudge free mascara & dark fake tan

Hi, can anyone suggest a smudge free mascara which doesn't give the 'panda' eyes look. I am presently using Kanebo 38c mascara which is smudge free but doesn't do much for my sparse eyelashes. Does anyone know of a mascara which actually, lengthens, curls and is truly smudge free?

Second request, does anyone know of a fake tan which is dark with one application, I am using Fake Bake Beyond Bronze but find it a little drying on my skin. I know Clarins and Lancome have recently brought out new take tans and wondered if anyone had tried any before I splash out!

I used to use Boots No. 7 Mascara, but they've put the prices up too much, so have gone for Maybelline - it's just as good & half the price!
