the Heineken advert spoofs a film where 2men and a woman from army medic corp in ww2 comes out of the desert to a bar to order their first drink,after many exploits involving a double agent/german spy/acting as a dutchman/running out of water etc,whats the name of the original film?

Ice Cold in Alex. And the German spy was pretending to be South African. I haven't seen a Heineken ad spoofing this, but the Carlsberg ad used footage from the actual film.
