It's actually Lisa Gerrard singing the song, although it was written by Enya. It's the theme from the film "Gladiators"

I think you are being extremely unfair to Basset, as the point of using music in adverts, films and TV is so that you will remember it when you hear the music again.

So enquiring about the music is not a bad thing at all. I've included a link to the music on youtube. And it was composed by Hans Zimmer and Lisa Gerrard.
