Howard no longer works for the Halifax, he is tied up to an advertising agency, but all the other people in the ads do work for the bank and are members of equity, when the ads are being cast auditions take place, staff go forward and hope they are selected.

yeah they do howard did but doesnt any more, it comes up with their branch when it starts, im going to work for em!!!
