Lucky Lucky Star?

There was a film advertised early last year, about a man who just had a lot of luck gambling an all that, but fell under investigation from the feds as they thought he might have insider info. It looked really good but I don't seem to remember it actually being released. Does anyone know what it was? I think it may of been called Lucky Lucky Star or something along those lines!!!
