Could you mean "what a beautiful day" by The Levellers?

If it's in an advert, I doubt it's the Levellers' version, as they're an anti-establishment group, eg. "Corrupt, corrupt from bottom to top and they tell you it's the law" (though anyone can sell out, I suppose).
