mtv dance video

hi ive asked this before but sadly no one answered.
basically ive seen a video on mtv dance a couple of times and its animated (gorillaz style sorta), and its like a landing strip, runway, air base? i remember planes and missiles, and it has a strings sorta background tune.
if anyone knows what this song is called or who its by PLEASE let me know because its been driving me mad and i cant find it anywhere! thanks

yer ive been on the mtv dance websites, mtv flux forum, mtv forum.... no one seems to know?! ive tried dance charts but i found nothing there either
thanks very much for the help but no its not that video, its not anime, its in exactly the same style as gorillaz, but its not gorillaz. hmmm.
i think it might actually drive me mad...
