Mobile phone internet connection??

i so hope someone can help my daughter shes getting very stressed! she got new contract phone on saturday-motorola 3VX on 3 network...problem is she cant connect to internet, i guess settings are not all correct? the shortcuts in the browser screen are all marked with a lock sign on right hand side of screen and i dont know how to help her (but shes beginning to drive me mad as apparently she cant live without this facility!) Thank you in anticipation

take the phone to a 3 shop, if you got it of the net then they are in most supadrug stores

With 3 u cant connect ot the internet only 3 services and there stuff not acual wap.
