The advert with the hooded characters is called 'The Incipient Light of the Echoes' by Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O.

sorry but that is not the tune, thats what shazam said it was... i heard o2 marketing say the tune was composed for them and doesn't have a name...
