Who is the woman in the 'Talk Talk' adverts who keeps insisting on keeping the whole thing hush hush? I recognise her face & I keep thinking its Nanette Newman but is she really that posh?

It's Maureen Lipman. The point of the ad is that she was famous for a long-running series of adverts for British Telecom. (The phrase "it's good to talk" used in the voiceover is also an old BT slogan, used when Bob Hoskins was the star of their ads).
