This add cracks me up just watch Kimberly, in the background as she saunters into her chair, obviously loving the fact she is being Directed and relishing her brief encounter with fame ,
And the desperate under rehearsed staff struggling to read the Auto Cue ,and the even more desperate ones , trying to hard , as if working in a call center was bad enough ,
