Anybody know who sings on the new Guiness advert. The song might be called 'Thats my home'

I agree that it is called "That's My Home"
The lyrics I have are:-
"Where the sun sets in the sky and the flowers never die

One from us oldies ,Its Acker Bilk and his Paramount Jazz Band ,I once had an EP (An extended play record) and it would be around the middle sixties.
