do you mean the fat man? the compensation adverts make it sound like its easy to get a 'cash reward'. what they fail to tell you is that it usually means suing your employer, so continuing to work there is out.

I mention it as the guy looked so sinister, like he'd come round and give you a good kicking. Whoever shot that advert must have known his face didn't fit.
