Office mono printer????
2 Answers
I want to buy a printer for the office there is only two of us but we print all the time and what one printer each. We already have a mutli function for printing copying fax and scan which is very useful but we want a big mono printer as we often print big wedges of the stuff.
It would need to have a fairly quick 20ppm or more
And have a hole in the side so we can slide note headed paper in easly and print straight to that as apposed to opening the tray all the time.
We already have a small network setup with a linksys router and share the multi function printer which is 'networkable' but I do not know whether they have to be 'networkable' or not is that for people who want vo share a printer but have no network. Cant I just add anyprinter to the network and it becomes part of the network???
What about this one?

Then you can use an Ethernet cable and plug it into the network rather than into an individual PC.
Then you can both print to it.
The first printer you show above IS networkable, the second isn't. Note the "N" on the end of the name of the first printer.
Note the first has 16Mb or memory, the second only 8Mb.
If you print big files make sure you get one with plenty of memory.
Also note the replacement toner is about 65 pounds
