As teash says above, ABers are sick of answering this one.
I don't mean to take it out on you thecodfather, but when you post your question, it is recommended that you see if your question has been asked before.

Its not a case of being short tempered, it's a round about way of helping people understand how the site works. It's just as easy to type "there tasty, very very tasty" in the search box and press go - than to type your question out and wait for replies.
I know AB are working on a "top five questions being asked" which would hopefully weed this out.
Merry Christmas everyone !!!

Hi Gembo
For the simple reason that it saves everyone time to let people know how to find an answer to their question, even before they post it. A lot of people are on here a lot of the time and you see the same questions over and over again.
When you post a question - AB suggests some questions already asked that might contain the answer. It seems to a lot of us that these are being ignored, then the button is pressed and the question is posted.
You can also search in the bottom left of the screen for an answer to your question - this seems to be overlooked too.
Sometimes and this is getting more often, the same question appears further down the same page that the new question is asked.
There are lots of ways to look at it from lots of different angles, most of the time - there's no offence intended but sometimes it comes over a little harsh, similar to texting, when it's put into a short sentance.

Wow. I've opened a right old can of worms with this question. From now on I will search my questions, and check to see if it's already been answered. And don't worry about offending me. It takes a lot to get on my t*ts. Not someone telling me how to use something! Thanks for everyones help!!!!! And merry christmas to you all!!!!!!
