Thomas Cook airlines

We have seen some terrible reviews about thomas Cook airlines and seeing as we are travelling to Cuba soon with them wondered if anyone else has had any problems.

Went on a Princess cruise in October and was a bit dismayed to find out we were flying by Thomas Cook but shouldn't have worried at all. There was plenty of space, bags of it in fact, much more than BA or other major airlines. Food was good as well. However, this flight was completely made up of passengers on the same cruise and maybe they were able to spread the rows a bit but hopefully for you this is the norm. Great seats, good entertainment on the personal screens in the seat in front of you. Enjoy!

Travelled to Toronto from Glasgow last year with Thomas Cook,brilliant ,legroom,individual screen ,service great,hopefully that puts your mind at ease
