Does anyone know why you have to count Innocent smoothies for Weight Watchers No Count as they are just fruit and nothing else which on No Count fruit if free.

Dont know the diet that well, kaztuz, its a couple of years since I did it and now do slimming world but if it helps we were told that when you make smoothies you then have to count the fruit as you're breaking down the sugars in the process and this causes some kind of reaction.
Smoothies (and fruit in general) are a source of sugars (carbohydrates) and any diet that does not count them is just daft.
I was surprised about Innocent smoothies as well, but in one of the newspapers last week an article said that even though nothing is added it's the fruit sugars (fructose) that adds up the calories.
