Diamond Insurance for Women

There is currently a very very annoying on TV about Diamond car insurance, which is only available to women - my question is, as a male could I phone them and demand a quotation on the basis that it is sexual discrimination to only provide insurance for women? I don't particularly care that they will only insure women, but am interested whether it would constitute sexual discrimination.

What like the current advertising for Yorkie Bars, not for girls bad enough its an ad, but even on they're packaging so tell me how you get on cos I was thinking the same thing about discrimation being used in this arena.

The difference being that the Yorkie bar ad is just a bit of fun - it doesn't actually stop girls buying a Yorkie.

I was thinking the exact same thing - surely the Diamond ad can constitute sexual discrimination!
