what's that song?

There used to be an advert with an animated woman (who looked like a mole or somethin') who handed out smiles to people. i think its the same kind as the new Lloyds TSB one with the people on the train.
Does ANYONE remember the song from the first advert with the woman handing out smiles?

The advert was (believe it or not) the Lottery advert at the time - the song went "A smile is something special, a ribbon is something rare..." but unfortunately I don't know what the song was. It's similar to the Lloyds advert but it's not the same song.
