jar of roasted peppers

recently on itvs daily chefs gino made a receipe with a jar of roasted peppers and cream cheese. I need to know if this is served cold or needs to be heated.

This is the only recipe site I could find for you from ITV with Gino recipes listed. It has a bruscetta recipe with roasted red peppers but that doesn't have cream cheese in it.....
