M&S Lingerie Model

Just saw a poster ad in Marks and Spencer (M&S) for their "adored" range of lingerie. The model was stunning, and I would love to know who she is.

If nobody here knows, then do you think it would be ok to ask M&S via email? Perhaps they would at least tell me which modelling agency they booked her through?
