''like medicine baby, you're good for me.
prev 'I hear you Knocking' (but you can't come in)
  
next 'B' film shown with Cujo?

I had a look through lyrics websites and the only one that comes up with a match is "More and More" by Blood, Sweat and Tears. So not entirely sure, had a listen to it and it sounds like a KFC advert, if you know what I mean!
